PaperGeo Plant Fiber Structure Module
The PaperGeo module can generate virtual paper structures and use real cellulose fibers to generate geometric models. Plant fibers can be created through random structure or fiber placement simulation.
The PaperGeo module includes adding adhesives and filling models. Geometric models are very useful in the paper industry (papermaking wool) and filtration.
In terms of material property analysis, the geometric model created by the FiberGeo module, when used in conjunction with other GeoDict modules such as PoroDict, ConductoDict, FlowDict, ElastoDict, DiffuDict, or FilterDict, can directly calculate data such as pore size distribution, flow resistance (permeability, pressure drop), effective thermal and electrical conductivity, effective elasticity, effective diffusion, filtration efficiency, and filtration capacity.
